We were travelling with a vegan friend and wanted a menu that guaranteed him a good choice. What a lovely place, near the War Remnants Museum, it delivered superb, fresh and inventive food in some unusual formats.
The chef clearly has an eye for the dramatic, serving mushrooms in a coconut, pineapple rice in a pineapple, and for dessert longan berries that bubbled and smoked – we loved it! Everything tasted gorgeous, and looked amazing, and service was excellent too. An unforgettable meal, a real food highlight of our visit to Vietnam.
