Hum Central

À la carte Menu

Hum Central is Hum’s newest destination in Sài Gòn Venue – a place where layers of memory are preserved and gently woven into the rhythm of today. Nestled within an old building in the city’s historic core, it does not seek to replace the past, but to quietly continue it through a contemporary lens.

From Hum Central, one’s gaze can rest upon Sài Gòn’s century-old landmarks: the iconic tiled roofs of the Central Post Office, the bell towers of Notre-Dame Cathedral – standing as quiet markers of time. Floral fabrics, simple greenery, and rustic materials… each detail evokes a Sài Gòn that feels familiar, warm, and open-hearted.

Hum Central continues Hum’s journey of plant-based gastronomy – a gentle pause in the heart of the city, where one can savor a wholesome meal and listen to Sài Gòn through its many layers of time.

Hum Garden

Tucked gently in the heart of Thảo Điền, since 2017 Hum Garden is like a hidden sanctuary – quiet and refined, shaped upon the foundation of an elegant villa where classic charm meets open-hearted ease.

Every corner is thoughtfully tended, softly blending into nature to reveal a space that feels peaceful yet romantic, expansive yet deeply refined. At the heart of it all lies a special place called Sân Trăng (Moon Courtyard) – radiant by day, and at its most poetic under the moonlight.

Hum Garden is a space where people and nature come together – gently, effortlessly, in every moment shared.

Hum Lounge

Hum Lounge first opened its doors in District 1 in 2014, and soon became a beloved destination for guests from near and far.

In 2023, Hum Lounge found its new home at 34 St. Vo Van Tan, W. Xuan Hoa – where local culture and contemporary design gracefully converge in every detail.

The new space is defined by soft, sculptural metal planters – resembling mushrooms rising gently after the rain. Many elements have been thoughtfully repurposed from earlier Hum locations, giving the space a quiet beauty imbued with memory and time.
