If the highest compliment to a chef is asking for seconds, then this place has exceeded even that accolade. I returned no less than six times in five days, working my way through the entire menu and then repeating favorites. While some dishes were superior to others, there were no misses, with each exquisitely rendering Vietnamese dishes in vegetarian versions. Their appreciation of aesthetics extends from presentation of food to utensils, with the chopsticks hand-wrapped in a pandan leaf origami holder. The room itself is equally elegant with refined decoration reflecting the feng shui of what’s served on the table.
